Golden Sierra's Executive Director is appointed by the Governing Body. The Executive Director and his staff advise the Governing Body on the agency fiscal, operations and staffing matters. They also assure that Governing Body policies and directives are carried out, and they prepare the proposed annual budget for Governing Body review and approval.
